IIn an 18th-century building just steps from Via Toledo, this apartment unfolds across three levels following an elegant raumplan concept, reinterpreting and enhancing the original 1970s layout. The design plays with interconnected volumes, large glass panels framing the city, and a black iron staircase that serves as the main circulation axis.
Materials and details reveal refined taste: herringbone floors, iconic designer furnishings — from the Tulip table to Kartell and Thonet chairs — and a palette that balances deep tones with lively accents. The upper-level bedroom overlooks the living area, while the Ernestomeda kitchen interacts with the dining space through subtle transparencies.
A panoramic terrace completes this metropolitan retreat, suspended between historical memory and contemporary living, where light and views over Naples’ rooftops become an essential part of the dwelling experience.
