The design of this single-family villa features a clear functional layout of the spaces: on the ground floor, the living area unfolds, articulated into a living room, kitchen, reading corner, large conversation area, and service spaces; the first floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters.
The visual and spatial centerpiece of the residence is the vertical connection: a nearly helical staircase wrapped around an internal patio, overlooked by a glass wall resting on a low parapet that also serves as a backrest for the sofa.
Particular emphasis is placed on the use of custom-made carpentry: employed both as storage and wall cladding in the entrance — where it incorporates the coat closet — and as a significant architectural feature in the living room, where it develops into a full-height bookcase, contributing to the aesthetic and functional definition of the interiors.
The project is completed by the design of the outdoor area — a large multifunctional garden featuring a swimming pool with sunbathing area, a small domestic vegetable garden, and a play space dedicated to leisure.
