The architectural design of this apartment, located on the ground floor of an eighteenth-century villa, sought to infuse the spaces with a sense of grandeur while preserving an atmosphere of lightness and harmony.
The central feature of the project is the original arch, which has been enhanced and reinterpreted through the addition of a glass partition that serves as a subtle divider between the reception area and the kitchen. The dialogue between these spaces is further refined by custom-made woodwork, which introduces a continuous and cohesive architectural language with a timeless, classical character.
The more secluded sleeping area ensures privacy and opens into an intimate outdoor space enclosed by sliding glass doors and adorned with a small pool.
Beyond this lies the main garden — a true locus amoenus reimagined in a contemporary key — serving as the elegant signature of the residence.
