The design of this apartment fully embodies its original intent: to enhance the spatial quality of the interiors through a thoughtful use of finishes, conceived as distinctive elements that define each area while seamlessly integrating the two overlapping levels — the sixth and seventh floors.
Entry into the living area on the seventh floor — the most panoramic — is preceded by a striking naturalistic installation that evokes the atmosphere of a winter garden, creating a visual prelude to the main living space. The material dialogue continues harmoniously through the interplay between custom wooden joinery and the glass partitions leading to the kitchen, which act as a subtle filter between functions.
The design narrative is punctuated by bolder decorative gestures, such as the eccentric patterns used in the guest bathroom’s finishes, adding a touch of expressive character to the home’s interior.
The sixth floor hosts the sleeping quarters and service areas, introduced by a quiet study. From here, the internal vertical connection begins — a staircase composed of an initial wooden block followed by cantilevered steps finished in wall plaster, combining structure and lightness in a single architectural gesture.
