Urban redevelopment project aimed at regenerating a disused industrial area through the restoration of existing structures and the addition of new architectural volumes.
The project includes the construction of a new office block with ventilated façades and is organized into distinct areas dedicated to storage, processing, and warehousing, thereby reorganizing the entire complex in a functional and contemporary way.
